Welcome to the HCVYS web site! Herts Council for Voluntary Services (HCVYS) consists of voluntary youth organisations in Hertfordshire. HCVYS provides infrastructure services: providing information, assistance in fund finding and a cost effective route to the Criminal Records Bureau. HCVYS is planning to build its capacity to provide infrastructure services to the voluntary youth sector in partnership with Herts County Council, Herts Association for Young People and Connexions-Hertfordshire. |
